3’6” Vertical Radius, 5′ Horizontal Radius, Built-In System With 45° Corner Design Features*

System 4BI incorporates a 2-inch, 90-degree flange/return at the top of the floor coves and along the sides of the corner modules. This flanged return requires the construction of a shallow false wall to properly integrate the system. System 4BI is specifically designed to accommodate wiring, conduit, or additional insulation directly behind the cove walls. If these capabilities are not required for your installation, please consider the System Super 3EZ, which mounts directly to existing drywall via our tapered flush cove mounting system.

This built-in version of our cyclorama technology has no height limitations and can be used in studios of virtually any size for a wide range of applications.

As with all Pro Cyc systems, the cove modules arrive pre-drilled, pre-trimmed, and ready for installation after a light sanding. Each module features an additional 6 inches of flat vertical plane above the 3’6” radius to ensure a clean, smooth transition from cove to wall. All seam joints are finished using conventional drywall techniques and can be painted with any combination of Pro Cyc primer and paint products or any color of your choosing.
