Portable Green Screens, Paint & Primer
Portable green screens, paint, and primer products purchased through the Pro Cyc online store may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Paint and primer must be unopened and in their original sealed containers to qualify for a return unless the product is defective. Portable green screens that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund.
To obtain a complete refund, please use the Contact Us form to notify us of the reason for the return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and briefly explain the reason for the return. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
Once an RMA has been issued, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must return the product in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

After the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price of the product and any applicable sales tax will be issued within 5–7 business days, provided the product is determined to be in new, resalable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the event that a product is defective, damaged or missing items upon delivery, we will, at our expense, repair, replace or issue a refund for the defective item. Please inspect all items upon delivery and use the Contact Us form to inform us of any problems with your order. Damage, defects or missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon delivery and notify us using our Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery.
At our discretion, Pro Cyc will repair, replace, or refund the affected product at no cost to the customer.
