Payment for Goods and Applicable Taxes

All costs related to the purchase of any of our products, including but not limited to, the retail cost of the product as listed on our website or in writing via an official Pro Cyc quote, shipping charges and any applicable duties or sales and/or use taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Pro Cyc will not be responsible for any of the aforementioned charges in any way unless expressly agreed to in writing prior to the sale of any of our product or services. 

Limitation of Liability

Pro Cyc will not be held liable for anything other than the price of our products.  Any damage or harm (material, physical or otherwise) arising from the use or misuse of any of our products is solely the responsibility of the user.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Pro Cyc and our affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including attorney's fees and expenses, related to you or any other user's violation of the Agreement or use of the website.
