Shipping & Delivery
Most domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. If you live in the United States, you can expect to receive your purchased items within 4-6 business days for the ship date. Normal processing time is 1-2 weeks from the date an order is place to when it is shipped. We will contact you if there will be any delays with your purchase due to back orders.
Shipping costs and times to Canada and other non-US countries will vary depending on the country and method of shipping. If you would like to have your order shipped outside the US, please contact mystudio@procyc.com prior to placing your order, and we will contact you to arrange shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Pro Cyc does not accept returns of products that are purchased on our website. In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective in any way, Pro Cyc will exchange the damaged or defective product with a new one. To return a product:
1. Send an email to mystudio@procyc.com and explain the problem. Please include the order number from your email receipt. Let us know your name and phone number, which product you purchased, and provide details regarding the damages or defects of the product you received.
2. We will process your claim within 24-48 hours, and a customer service representative from Pro Cyc will contact you and make arrangements for your replacement.
